Naias Labs s.a. is planning to set up a petrochemical laboratory in Limassol-Vasilikos-Cyprus within next months. The "Naias Cyprus Lab" project has attracted strong local and international interest, as 2 new Petroleum Terminals are under construction in Vassilikos and independent petroleum cargo inspection services are expected to increase rapidly, while Naias Labs is the only independent petrochemical laboratory operator in East Med area, since 1993. "Naias Cyprus Lab" is planned to be operational and accredited following ISO-17020/17025 within 2013, aiming to fully cover demand for independent quality and quantity surveys on HFO/MDO, Jet-Fuels, LPGs and Gazoline cargoes.
