| On February 14th, 2006 the AMERICAN BUREAU of SHIPPING (ABS) issued a formal survey report approving and accepting for use on its vessels our patended Bunker Fuels Continuous Drip Sampling Device (flange) as conforming to ASTM D 4177 guidelines, the MEPC.96 (47) IMO requirements and the MARPOL Annex VI, Regulation 18 requirements. |
